Arkansas 211 is a free referral and information helpline that connects people to a wide range of health and human services.

  • Available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
  • To contact 211, simply dial 2-1-1 from any phone.

  • work at least 30 hours a week?
  • attend school full time?
  • spend at least 30 hours a week in a job training program?

If the answer is "yes," then you may qualify for child care financial assistance through the Child Care Development Fund (CCDF).
